About Chop's Steaks & Seafood

The "New" Chop's Steaks & Seafood Restaurant was established in April 2003. Your hosts, Chuck and Kara Pastor, opened the restaurant with a commitment to creating an environment that their guests would have a wonderful dining experience every time they dined at Chop's! Chop's Steak and Seafood is always working to provide our guests with an environment that is welcoming and comfortable as well as clean and pristine.

Chop's dining room welcomes our guests with large booths and comfortable seating with an open view kitchen that permits our guests to see our professional staff preparing meals. The restaurant also has a display of colorful and unique local artwork. Our Chef, Brian Scheffler, is committed to serving the best in steaks and seafood along with his creative daily features.

Chop's Steaks & Seafood offers a full service bar that is friendly and comfortable! It's where friends meet and memories are created! Chop's offers a popular Martini list and an extensive wine list.
